Linda, I'm so happy for you! When I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was look for your results. This is a relief for all of us. Remember, I recently had a bone scan because of persistent pains in my ribs and spine, and it was osteoarthritis. I'm betting you will have the same.

Linda,

I would also like to add that my PET in December showed areas of uptake in my spine so an MRI was ordered afterwards (testing was done for a few reasons - pain in hip and lower back, increased markers on routine blood work). I had a total meltdown - turned out to be arthritis in 3 different areas and a thinning disc.

Positive thoughts for your testing,

Blair

Linda,

So very, very glad to hear your news! What an ordeal you have been through the last few weeks. With what we have all been through, I think all of us would go down that very same road. And that doc sounds absolutely wonderful! So glad there was a rainbow at the end for you!!

Thank you!  I find out today when my bone scan for the "sclerotic" spot on lower spine is.  Why is it that when they mention something to you - you suddenly start to feel it more????  Hoping it's just bone degeneration/wear and tear and nothing more.  The power of suggestion, it's so strong.  Too bad I don't seem to have the ability to channel that power into positive thoughts instead of negative!  I'll find out soon enough.  Today I have my regular 4 month appt. with breast onc.  Doctors, doctors and more doctors - and they expect us to be positive all the while.  Oh how I wish!

Wishing everyone nothing but the best,

Love,
Linda

BONE SCAN CLEAR!  Many, many thanks, again, to all of you, for holding my hand and keeping me a whole heck of alot calmer than I would ever have been able to be on my own.
