Have dyed my hair for 15 years (brown) and still do. 6). Have you worn acrylic nails? No 7). Other Chemical exposure note worthy? None that I know of 8). Did you have chemo prior to surgery? If yes, was it due to tumor size? Yes, and it was due to tumor size. 9). Do you use Splenda? Never did 10). Do you get much sun? If yes, do you use sun screen? I get quite a bit of sun. Use very little sun screen. I am olive-skinned and am somewhat negligent. 11). What State do you live in? NC 12). Have you ever worn underwire bras? Very seldom in the past - not at all anymore 13). 7). Other Chemical exposure note worthy? Having been born and raised in a steel mill town, I was exposed to tons of toxins in the air and I am pretty sure in the water. I can remember swimming in Lake Michigan with dead fish floating around from all the chemical waste that was dumped.

3). What was your diagnosis? Advanced Lobular; 19/19 nodes positive Stage IIIC; BRCA neg; Grade 3; lymphodema in left arm
4). Are you over weight? If yes, how much? No but chemo caused me to gain weight - alot of water retention. legs still swell very easily.

6). Have you worn acrylic nails? If yes, how long? Not now, had them for years up until about 2 years ago
7). Other Chemical exposure note worthy? Grew up around agrigulture and those chems
8). Did you have chemo prior to surgery? Had lumpectomy then chemo then mastecomy due to positive margins and lympho vascular invasion

10). Do you get much sun? If yes, do you use sun screen? When I was younger I loved the sun,and used baby oil but now I stay out of the sun for the most part.

Not now, wore them off and on for about 2 years 7) Other chemical exposure note worthy? Yes, strawberries were grown in a field less than 500 feet from our backyard as teen. I remember sitting in the lawn chair and having to run inside because helicopters were sraying the fields. We were never given notice as to when spraying would be done . Years later found out it was some sort of Bromide compound that was sprayed. 8) Did you have chemo prior to surgery? If yes, was it due to tumor size? Yes. I was told it was because of the size of the tumor and to make it more cohesive. 9) Do you use Splenda? No 10) do you get much sun? If yes, do you use sun screen? No, I work the night shift.
