Funny this should come up --- My dark secret is that there is a PICTURE of me --- in a skimpy nylon robe --- on the deck of a cabin in Breckenridge, CO, making snow angels !! My memory is vague, but it's obvious in the picture that George Dickel will keep you warm even in single digit cold ! It was years and years ago --- I'd sure like to get my hands on that picture, but the owner won't part with it.............. blackmail material...........
Oh, the younger days...................

What a bunch of Hussies we are!!!!!!!!
LOL...... I love it... My ex, my daughters father, back in the pre-parenthood days HAD black mail pics.... the only person I was worried about ever seeing pictures from back then was my daughter... and come to find out... he has shown them to her.... proudly on several occasions!!!!
UGH!!!!
Oh well.... now she is an adult... and on her own, living with her boyfriend.....I told her... since you have seen what sort of pictures your beloved might take while you are passed out.... in the bathtub... partially clothed.... what ever.... while you are under the influence... or caught off gaurd??? Destroy them!!!!!!!!
If you ever should split up?? Make sure that you take them with you! LOL. I feel sorry for young women now days.... becuase its the digital age.. and once on the computer.... always on there some where... and if they get to the internet.... its there for eternity!

Well, my Onc appt last monday was a HUGE BUST....she had no answer, and was really upset, because the report pointed towards several things... but didnt nail down anything specific. So, after discussing what it did say.. The Mayo Clinic thinks I may have a new subtype, that they have not seen before. She said she is going to call some other Oncologists that she knows have dealt with skin issues, and possibly send me down to one she knows at U of M.
She said that she is going to schedule a bone marrow test, and some addtional blood work. Mean while, my breast tissue inside has all but disappeared. Such a bizarre thing. If she doesnt call me early in the week, I am going to call her.

Ah Net,
What in the world are they waiting for? Why don't they take the breast? Is it still as painful sweetie? The Mayo clinic "thinks" you may have a new subtype?????? With all the technology we have in this day and age....and they cannot give you a diagnosis? Well.....that was an entire paragraph of questions Sorry!
Pam sent me your picture from on facebook....wow!! I swear that the one other thing that all of you TNBC women have in common is BEAUTY!! There aint an ugly one among you!! (I have always said that of my daughters and grand and great grand children)!
So...you wait for another week! Good grief woman this has been going on for months. Want me to call
Hugs,
Nancy

Its pretty sad isnt it? They even sent for more tissue......and STILL... the big fat ZERO, ZIP, NADDA.. My oncologist was pissed. Shes a tiny little indian woman.. and boy was she upset. I bet she doesnt even weigh 100 lbs soaking wet. But it was obvious and the words used, I was suprised, lol...
But I guess on the upside, if it is a new subtype, I am glad that it happened to me, since I am not one of the young ones, or have little ones still at home to care for, and husbands. I am older, single, my baby is out on her own, so if I have to endure alot to nail something down with this, I am glad its me.
As everyone has noticed, and a few commented on, it is not normal to have lymphoma with breast cancer. So what ever this is, is a new breed. I am planning to re-type the entire result, so everyone can see what the mayo clinic said, with all the tests and results.
I had to put mom back in the hospital last weekend, and got her home again tuesday night, we now have home nursing, and physical therapists coming in every day, so been kinda hectic, I am sorry I didnt get this post out earlier. Just seems to be a never ending battle with everything lately.

Hi Netterz,
Yes I sure it is a never ending battle for you with your illness and making arrangements for your mother.
I really think that will take some pressure off of you with help coming in, that is good news.
Absolutely, hit that phone next week and pester the heck out of them, they have made you wait way too long.
