Age 35. Mastectomy 15 months back with T2, N(0/18) followed by 4 FEC and 4 Taxol ( Paclitaxel). Now recurrence in neck lymph nodes. 
one doctor suggesting Gem + Carboplatin another doctor suggests weekly high dose paclitaxel + Carboplatin. 

Has anyone taken weekly paclitaxel + carboplatin ? How has been the response?
Has anyone taken repeat paclitaxel after initially taking the same?
Anyone in similar situation -  what worked for you ?

Chemo is tomorrow. . your answers will be useful
