i was dx 3 years ago this month.  Finished chemo, lumpectomy, radiation by the end of October 2017.  Excellent results, coming up on 3rd year free (fingers crossed!). So my question is this:. I am SOOO tired all the time!!  Could this still be results of treatment, or do I maybe have something else going on?

It still could be from treatment, but also other causes.  Have you had a physical with complete blood work?  Have you had your thyroid checked?  Treatment caused hypothyroidism to present itself.  Feeling tired is one of the symptoms.  I went from normal TSH levels to a TSH over 10 within a year of finishing treatment.

I came across this article and feel I'd want to try it after my treatment:

This link included some videos:

There may be other sources online. You may also consult your local Chinese medicine practitioners.

I know for centuries Chinese people have been using it as a way to work on symptoms that can't be easily addressed by Western medicine, such as fatigue, low energy level, insomnia, etc. It works well if you can find the right spots and are willing to take the time to do it daily. It's no harm, no side effects, and low cost.
