Problems with sex after Chemo

Well, I did my third AC & had my period during it - now this week I'm ovulating! I think my body is taking a stand against chemopause but I'm sure its still coming.

I'm curious as since I'm Factor Five and I cant take any hormones at all - would love to here from ladies who went through the chemopause how you are handling the painful sex or lack of drive aspect without any hormonal stuff? I did like the coconut oil suggestion. I figure if my body finally goes thru it then I want to be prepared :-)
