http://www.findcancerexperts.com/request.experts.html - Find Cancer Experts: Second Opinions for Cancer Diagnosis.

I used this site to confirm my typical medullary carcinoma, one type of triple negative, basal-like cell cancer.

The service is free. They send you three names of patholgists/places that do second opinions. You make your own arrangements.  Insurance paid for mine. I think the charge was about $150.

From that  Find Cancer Experts site, I received the names of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Dr. David L. Page at Vanderbilt University, and a third person I don't recall just now.

I had seen the name of Dr. David L. Page in the medical literature on medullary carcinoma, so I had my slides sent to his lab to confirm my rare cancer. It was very easy to call my hospital and tell them to send my slides. Google his name and Vanderbilt and read.

Lillie Shockney, who sends out Artemis monthly, told me that Dr. Page is "the breast cancer pathology guru."  I think he once practiced where she works.

I am sure there are many other fine pathologists out there. In fact, I found one here:  http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/15637.php - Breast cancer women should seek second opinion, says expert
