Breast MRIs would seem useful especially for those of us with problem types of breast cancer, those with genetic rascals, those with bad family history.
 
The docs hate to be involved with MRIs because they show so many blips that turn out to be nothing after biopsies but cause people to run around all anxious until the report is read. Personally, I hate to be patronized about anxiety. I'll "deal" but in the meantime, get that film. And a negative finding is not a bad thing.
 
The insurance companies hate to pay for expensive tests, but then it isn't THEIR life on the line.
 
Every test has its talking points and deficiencies.
