Colchester

Kay Barrett, 59 of Colchester, passed away at her home at 7:10 A.M. Sunday, January 9, 2011. Kay was born April 22, 1951 in Macomb to Charles E. and Freda Fern Harry Barrett. Kay was preceded in death by her father.
Surviving to mourn her passing is her mother; Freda Barrett of Macomb, 1 Brother; Conrad Barrett, Pineville, Mo., 4 Nieces; Cheri Maddox, Glenda McGaughey, Tammy Polston and Brenda Barrett, 1 Nephew; Robert McGaughey, along with many Great and Great Great Nieces and Nephews.
Kay was a graduate of Western Illinois University, member of the Argyle Bible Church, Colchester Area Business Association, Past member McDonough County Museum Board, McDonough County Genealogy Society. Kay had worked hard for the Round Barn Restoration, Colchester Historical Society, Friends of Argyle and loved animals and animal rescue.
Memorial service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Argyle Bible Church with the Rev. Michael DeBlois. A meal will follow the services at the church. Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 13, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Colchester. Kay had asked in lieu of flowers, please give to the memorials, which are the Argyle Bible Church or the McDonough County Humane Society. You sign the register book at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Wednesday. You may leave online condolences at jonesmortuaryfh.com.
 

Service:

Memorial Service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Argyle Bible Church Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Colchester

Was Kay a TNBCF member?  If so, what was her login name?  Sometimes I only know people by their user names.

No Denise.  Kay was a local friend of mine who had breast cancer that she had mets.  Not entirely sure what her mets were but she fought BC several years.  Thank you for your comments.
