Hi Donna,
Was Lynne a member on TNBC site. If so, do you know what name she used? I am so sorry to hear about her death.

I don't know if Lynne was a part of this community. I was on breastcancer.org under one of the TN threads and I saw her husband's post. I wanted to share the information in case any of you knew her from this forum or a different one.

May the good Lord bless and keep her in the shelter of His Hand.

Hello Lynne was diagnosed on 06/04/2007 my love was clinically diagnosed with IBC but that is the only way to diagnose IBC. Even though she had her clear mammogram several months earlier this diagnosis came as 3C. We were enveloped with massive treatments and Lynne was fixated about the IBC. I knew and always tried to explain to her how the more important and devastating news was the pathology tissues showing triple negative..
We (she) tried and went thru SO SO much…..I was a member here for us and received so much comfort caring and knowledge from this site and the Breast Cancer .Org…
Lynne was in the delivery room for so many births and she absolutely loved a new life entering the world I just came back from Lubbock where our sixth grandchild was born and I know Lynne was there too…
Thank you all Paul “psblab”

Dear Paul,
Thank you for sharing your good news about the arrival of another grandchild. Being a grandparent myself, I know how precious they are. Also, thank you for sharing more of Lynn's history with us. I know she was "special" to you and your children, and all that knew her. It sounds as though she was diagnosed with one of the more difficult kinds of breast cancer to treat. Being triple negative made it more troublesome. I pray you are doing well and we would appreciate hearing from you from time to time. You are part of the TN family now and any insight you have to share with us is most appreciated.
God Bless,
Lillie

Hello Steve and all,, there is nothing easy about ANY of this. I hate the fact that I have become so knowledgeable in all aspects and caring of this cancer. When Lynne would sleep at the multitude of treatments I would go to give blood because I always had to be doing something.
I am a bit off track …we have a number of children and grandchildren Lynne decided to be tested while she was at the City of Hope for the mutations. We were extremely happy to learn she did not carry any mutations, on a sad note due to her countless treatments without the mutation Lynne was denied (I say denied they stalled until the end) entrance into various Parp trials.
Thank you all God Bless
Paul
