Greetings All:

Like others, I too, stumbled upon this site and am glad I did. My sister is now fighting her second battle with cancer. She is 49 and was recently diagnosed with TNBC. I don't have much information such as grade, size, etc. She has just completed a pretty aggressive round of chemo and the cancer is still there. It has not grown or spread, but my mom believes that the tumor has gotten harder (it was fatty and now it is harder).  She will begin radiation next week.  I have timidly been online searching for details about this new diagnosis, but I am not sure if I really want to know a lot. It is pretty scary especially since the chemo didn't yield the results we had hoped.

Chris bless your heart, you must be so worried.  Researching is good but we usually realize when we have had enough so if you get to that place, just step away for awhile.  We don't always like what we read and there are so many variables between women it could cause unnecessary worry.

Some people prefer not to know the particulars, you have to decide what is comfortable for you.

I'm so sorry to hear your sister has been diagnosed.  I hope she did pretty well thru her chemo.  It sounds like she has a very loving family.

Write anytime if you like and let us know how your sister is doing.Smile
