I was diagnosed with tnbc (& brca1) last summer, and completed all my treatments a couple months ago. I would love to hear the stories of tnbc survivors who are 3+ years cancer free, to give the rest of us hope. If you are a survivor, please share your story with us!
Thank you!
Sarah

Sarah,
Congratulations!
There is a thread where several members shared their survivor stories. We need positive stories to give us hope and encouragement. I hope others will come along to share their success stories for you also.

Hi Sarah,
I was diagnosed in June 2006 (see stats below) and am very lucky and happy to say that I am still having an affair with NED (No Evidence of Disease) :)
I don't post here often but check in from time to time.
Congrats on finishing treatment!

Sarah, I know it helps to hear personal testimonials, but please know that many large studies have shown that around 60-65% of women who are diagnosed with TNBC are permanently NED after treatment. There are LOTS and LOTS of long term survivors; until notified otherwise, we each have a decent chance of being in that group. -Denise

One more thing - Sarah, I saw on your blog that you had a pCR (complete response to chemo). Your odds of being cured are excellent, in the 90% range. You are very lucky. Love, Denise
