Hi all,
I have a few questions..I am hoping everyone will participate. Maybe it might give us some new insite to our TNBC. I hope you will take a few minutes to post your answers:)
1. Where did you live at the time of your diagnosis (whate state or country)?
NC
2. What type of job did you have?
RN
3. What other health issued did you have at the time of diagnosis?
POTS syndrome (not POTTS) it is an autonomic nervous system disorder
Fibromyalgia
Hypoglycemia
Anxiety and panic attacks
PTSD

RN night shift 7p-7a (worked nights for 20+ years)
3) What other health issues did you have at the time of diagnosis?
Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, PCO,

DX 10/08. IIB,gr 3, 2.5cm. TNBC, BRAC1&2-, nodes+(left axillary, supraclavicular, ant. mediastinal & IM). Neoadjuv. chemo 4x C/T. Left mast.3/09,completed 40 rads 9/09. Reconstruction pending.

Operations Manager
3. What other health issued did you have at the time of diagnosis?
2 herniated discs in my neck

6/1/16 Local recurrence same breast, same spot 1.8cm Carb.4x every 3 wks, Taxol 12x once wk. Dbl Mast. PCR!! Reconstruction fail, NED!

Legal Secretary
3. What other health issues did you have at the time of diagnosis?
This is my second go round, I'm now stage IV. First time I had no other health issues. Second time: hypothyroid and sleep apnea

DX 11/06 Stage IIB, Grade 3, IDC, Negative for BRAC 1&2
Modified Radical Mastectomy, chemo TAC x 6 (every 3 weeks), Radiation.
DX mets to mediastinum 02/09.
Currenly on Taxol/Avastin.

Florida
2. What type of job did you have?
Vet receptionist, but worked nights in cigarette/cigar smoke for 20 years before working days at a vet for 3 years before dx. ( Never smoked myself, just secondhand.
3. What other health issues did you have at the time of diagnosis?
High cholesterol and back pain.

Washington state
2. What type of job did you have?
RN working night shift in the high stress CICU 7pm to 7am (worked night shift for 18 years)
3. What other health issues did you have at the time of diagnosis
Nothing except orthopedic...I had a total hip replacement in 2007
