hello everyone,
New to this forum. My mom was just diagnosed with TNBC at age 65. Stage 3 >5cm. Shes not in the best of health. Realistically am I looking at a life ending diagnosis for her? Shes a strong willed fighter but everything im reading is driving me nuts. Its all so fresh right now but I am the kind of person that prepares for the worst and hopes for the best. We believe she can be healed of this but realistically can she? I have no idea. Thanks in advance for your responses

I was diagnosed at 65 in early 2021. I had chemotherapy, a lumpectomy and radiation. I  had some side effects but minimal compared to many others.  I retired when I was diagnosed so I didn't have to do anything but rest. Four years later, I'm health and active again and enjoying my retirement.
Don't let what you read online scare you because it does not include the most recent research and the results showing significant improvement in survival rates. See Keynote 522 protocol.  https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2409932" rel="nofollow - https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2409932
And keep praying.
