Dear TNBC family,

I think this is an important article as I have seen various responses to chemo in women over 65. This is not a TNBC specific study but I don't feel that is important.

Hopefully this guidance can help oncologists be further aware of chemo toxicities for women over 65 and perhaps be able to tailor certain treatment to minimize the toxicities, if possible.
