I’m currently deciding whether to undergo 4 cycles of dose dense taxol or do 12 weeks. Has anyone heard that 12 week regime is less toxic than dense dose? Thanks

I did the 12 weekly taxol per my oncologist’s recommendation. If it works with your schedule, you may find it more tolerable. I can’t advise or compare-only relay my own experience. Taxol was much easier on me than AC. Negatives were neuropathy and loss of brows and lashes, but this may happen no matter the frequency or dosage. Or it may not happen at all.
