I saw an article about 5nbc treatment that I was excited about. It comes from the Clive Berghoffer institute in Brisbane, Australia which is a big Cancer Research center. It seems quite straight forward and is based around the AC chemotherapy. In essence they are claiming to have an answer for why AC doesn't always work. They suggest that a blood test can help identify patients for whom doxorubicin may not be the best option, but epirubicin would be.

Is this something that is worth pursuing?

I was wondering - how does new research like this get incorporated into best practice?
