Dear all,
I received this today from Karen's sister. I spoke to Karen several times but only met her once at a Friendly's Ice Cream store in PA. She was a lovely woman and yes, courageous is the right word. And Charlene, you were a marvelous sister. Was very nice to meet you both and thank you for letting us post your remembrance.
You and your family have my sincere condolences.

Karen Sabuacak, age 47 died on March 21, 2013 after a long four year battle of XXX negative breast cancer. She was a courageous woman that never gave up, she endured treatment after treatment. She should be an inspiration to all. She leaves behind a husband and two children. Thank you very much. Charlene and Karen's Family

I am sorry to hear another young woman, mother and wife has passed away from this. My condolences to Karen's family, I hope that her husband can stay strong and find peace in cherishing the memories they shared, and to look after the children.
