Hi, Diagnosed as stage 4, metastatic triple negative and is currently taking Xeloda. Would love to hear from others who have had good success with other oral drugs as we would prefer this to traditional chemotherapy. Thanks so much! |

Hi Cocopuff!
I am into my third year of taking Xeloda and my oncologist has another patient who has been on it for 8 years. I have been very blessed as I have minor side effects-but a bit more trouble with hand and foot syndrome, but it's "doable" most of the time....just don't take it on an empty stomach!
Xeloda was given to me after my triple negative inflammatory BC metastasized into my spine and the drug took care of it rather quickly.
I hope you have the same success with Xeloda!
