Hi All,

I am newly diagnosed TNBC, not sure on staging yet. I still need a breast MRI and bone scan. We just know a small bit from the histology:  high proliferation rate (Ki-67 95%),  poorly diffrentiated , bloom-richardsonn grade 3, (tubules 3, nuclear pleomorphism 3, mitosis 2). My tumor which started out as a grape sized lump in FEB and fast forward to June when i woke up with severe pain and swelling. I've got pain in my scapula, under my arm, ribs, sternum, breast(obviously) collar bone (maybe my neck too, is this normal?)
I'm 34, no family history, no medical history. I am an identical twin (i read that there is an increased risk for cancers in twins). Im waiting on the wheels to turn for goverment funding for my treatment as i have been without health insurance after a recent job change. I'm scared, worried for my sister (who had a mammo today) and im frustrated with the pain and not know when I will have treatment and what. When they told me of the biopsy results they just said that i will have to have chemo, surg and radiation. my tumor is 27mm long x 16 mm high and 28 mm wide ( about the size of a lime- and irregular shaped).

Anyone have a story similar to mine- or in the very begining stages like me?
Ermm
