Is anyone having problems with Vitamin B12 Deficiency?  I just started B12 injections last week.  If you are, what has been your experience?

Vitamin B-12 is the most important water-soluble vitamin, which is important for maintenance of blood cell, nerve cells and for the formation of DNA, it is mostly found in animal product like meat, eggs, dairy product and it is make a great problem for whose people who are strictly vegetarian and who doesn't like the dairy product.
