After 4 treatments with pretty intense pain I have figured out what has worked for me. Still a little uncomfortable but nothing like the first 3. I take the claritin and aleve the morning of the neulasta shot. I take another aleve 12 house later and continue this for 6 days after the neulasta shot. I have the pain for almost a week.
