I have had a full genetics panel done and I have no mutations including BRCA. When you start at Dana Farber you meet a genetic specialist right away and they test you.
I'm praying the AC kills this thing... I'm scared :(

When I started the AC portion of chemo the nurse whispered in my ear, 'don't you worry honey, they don't call it the RED DEVIL for nothing, it's gonna kick your tumor's as* !"

And it did.
Sending you good chemo thoughts.

Ok. Its good you had the complete genetic panel.
Yes, have faith. Some are a bit resistant to taxanes, but the FEC / AC can do a lot of damage.
Just drink a ton of water, rest well, and believe. It's going to be fine.
Being scared is normal. But, you are getting more chemo and you have a fine medical establishment looking after you.  TNBC is a hot research area and all you can do is believe and hit this hard with your current line of AC treatment. It's going to work and its going to melt. In the mean time, smile a ton, enjoy the day to day, rest well, and eat well while you can.
You're going to be fine.  We are all together here. We are well-wishers. You're not alone. We all went through the same and are going through the same on a day to day basis.
good luck with the AC. Make sure you drink lots of water daily.

Dear Fighting Mamma,
It is normal to feel fear, but as others have said you are on a chemo known to kill cancer cells. I had it, it was not easy, but it was worth it. Please allow yourself to have some positive thoughts about what you are doing. You have an army behind you here who truly UNDERSTAND. I'm praying for you.

God Bless,
Lillie
