Aggressive TNBC - which chemo is appropriate

Hi, 
TNBC Breast Ca. Had surgery 15 months back and took 4 rounds of FEC and 4 rounds of Taxol. But Now Mets at lymphnodes within 8 months finishing chemo. 

Doctors advising 3 rounds of Gemcide + carboplatin ( another doctor adviced Ixempra + Xeloda).

what should be done? any suggestion ? 

age 35

any suggestion will be welcome.

Looking for opinions of Steve also.

Hi Coolgirl,

I just wanted to let you know that I had Carboplatin and Gemcitabine (Gemzar) with my recurrence.  I had 4 rounds of the chemo.  We scanned after 2 cycles that showed no evidence of disease, then proceeded with 2 more cycles.  After chemo, I followed up with radation.  Will you be getting radiation too?  I'm sorry I don't have any experience with Ixempra and Xeloda.
