NOPE! Nearly 1 whole year now. I'm almost like Kellyless except I'll take the hot flashes over the period any day! This was a an accidental gift from the chemo to me and I love it!

!st time around I got mine back 6mths after finishing chemo, only to have start going thru it all again naturally 7yrs later Then half way thru sent back into chemopause permantlyafter having to start chemo again.
So all up I have suffered menopause 3 times  life sucks sometimes.
would have prefer to only go thru it all once.

Jaqui

My periods stopped abruptly after my last and 4th AC tx. 9 months later it was back. It was never quite like normal, extremely light but regular for about 6 months, then went away again. Came back once, a year later to never return. I did consider this fortunate. A bonus to going thru chemo but then I was age 45. I did have a bone density scan to get a baseline. Hot flashes, while can be annoying [ or sometimes helpful, if I am in the cold] were not that big of a deal.
