With a heavy heart I post this... I will miss my mom with everything in me. She was such a wonderful mother and such a great supporter. She always smiled and laughed no matter how sick she was. She was always more worried about everybody else than herself. She was the most compassionate woman. She was a shiny person. She was the kind of woman that would light up a room when she walked in. She loved her children and her grandchildren and they loved her so much. She fought this cancer with everything in her. She was a fighter. Her strength was amazing even to her doctors. I wish we could have had more time but i know that God had other plans. But i will miss her so much. I will continue to support Triple Negative Breast Cancer research and do my best to support the cause. Last May, Mom and I took a team to Columbus for Race for the Cure. Mom was so inspired by all the survivors that were there. She was so happy that day. She smiled all day long. I will never forget that. Bittersweet memories. Thanks for listening.

Tracy:

I am so sorry that you have lost your Mom! I too lost my Mom three years ago and it still hurts deeply....I too miss her and know what you are saying.  We will always have special memories of them with us and remember them as they are! Shiny personalities and wonderful smiles.

May the peace of our good Lord be with you always! May your Mother continue to keep a watchful eye for you and the rest of the family.  Celebrate her life and all that she did for everyone she knew and met!

May you be blessed with the gift of knowing your Mom is very near and will never leave you, she will wait for you to meet up with her in the end.

Your sister on the journey, Helen in NS

I read this with great sadness, for you and everyone touched by triple negative. Hope you are finding some comfort and strength during these most difficult days, knowing everyone here is with you in heart and thinking of you in support, and find comfort in memories of your mom.

I send you my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your wonderful mom.  Never have I seen a picture of anyone that exudes all that she does.  I did not know your mom (unfortunately for me), but I can surely believe all that you say she was, as her face emits all of it.  I know you will miss her dearly, and if a picture is worth 1000 words - her picture says it all.  May your memories of her bring you strength and in time, much peace.  I am so very sorry.
