Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone else was told to avoid cleaning chemicals during treatments. I kind of remember hearing this at the beginning of my chemo but I was looking to help my daughter paint in her new house and could not remember if I was ok to do that..I have stayed clear of chemicals as much as I could up to this point..Anyone have any input on this ...I'm in my last month of treatment with Taxol...thanks,Kathy

I asked my onco about this while I was on chemo, she said she didn't see a reason for me not to use cleaning products, unless I wanted her to tell me not to:)
I also use a lot of home made ones, I'm generally sensitive to the strong odors, and was even more so while on chemo, especially AC.
