tracy - radiation did shrink my breast..........the one they radiated.  It looks significantly smaller but yet I can wear my normal sized bra and it really doesn't look smaller  in my bra (and I do not add anything in there either)..........the physical therapist was as surprised as me......... I don't look one bit lopsided!  I did jokingly ask my radiologist to please radiate my good breast so they could keep them the same size!!!  Since I am a 40 G I would be happy to have my right side be smaller!!  He did not go along with my request!!  haha 
Dx TNBC 6/12; age 59; Stage 3, Grade 3; 3.5 cm, 3/10 nodes + chest wall nodes; A/C x4, T x 12 completed 12/12 with PCR, 2/13/13 lump; IMRT Rads x 33 completed 5/22/13 BRCA 1 negative.
