New Member Blood Work Questions

Hi All;

I am fairly new to this site and have some questions regarding my blood work.  I was diagnosed with TNBC 1/09 went thru bi lateral and chemo.  Everything has been fairly well except for a few bumps in the road.  Last year I had a enlarged lymph node in my groin they took it out and it came back okay. Last November my CEA increased and my CA 15-3, CA 27-29 also increased still within normal range PET scan done came out okay.  I am now dealing with some pre cancerous melanomas which will be taken off next week.  My surgeon ran blood work and what concerned me was my red blood count went down to 3.7 .  Looking at my blood work over the past 8 months it has decreased from 4.94 to 3.7 no one seems concerned.  My mcv and mch are also high which has always been the case.  I am just confused.  I also suffer from Crohns disease which doesn't help had a small bowel resection 4/1/10 and my gi doc can't put me on anything since the drugs seem to cause cancer.  Would love some advice from you wonderful ladies.
