Hi everyone,
Never joined an online group before but this one was too good to pass up. 
I was diagnosed 8/06 with IDC, grade 3, stage 2b, node positive.  Had neoadjuvant dose dense ACT.  Had lumpectomy and axillary node dissection in December...complete pathologic response.  I finished radiation in March.
I've been reading everyones posts and I was happy to see that the WINS study was mentioned (regarding fat intake and recurrence).  Since there's nothing else out there for me, I've been following a low fat diet with exercise since March.  I'm trying to stick to 20 grams of fat/day and I am always hungry.  But still think it's worth it. 
Hope I'll be able to add something to the group!

Hi Wicked, welcome to our group, I'm so sorry you've been dianosed with breast cancer but looks like you have your treatments behind you now, good for you and a plan to keep yourself healthy. Thumbs%20Up
We're pretty excited about this foundation & triple negative group, finally a place to gather and hopefully find some answers.
