I got a card in the mail from Connie yesterday! I don't know how she's doing health-wise, but boy is her wit still intact. :)

Well, I didn't know Connie from the Forum, but have kept up with this thread. So it seems very encouraging that she is now in touch with those she knows. Hopefully she is indeed getting better...

Thankyou Steve for letting us know about our DEAR, BRAVE, WITTY, CONNIE! I thank GOD she has written to you & Denise but also completely respect her privacy. I hope that if she occasionally reads this thread she feels our love and hope for her health.

the two things that are certain in all of this are that- TNBC Foundation is truly an extraordinary family and resource- Connie knows that she is surrounded by our love.. with my love to all, and yes, dear Connie if you do read this thread from time to time...you continue to be in our prayers and in our hearts..
