Hi Lynn! I woke my husband up about two months ago feeling like I was choking on a mint - sat up in bed and started coughing to get it loose. At the time I thought it was just a dream reaction but it was only a few days later that I noticed the lymph nodes swollen around my right colar bone. Although its not a problem (yet) I do feel pressure at the base of the throat area so understand what you are feeling. This is the 3rd reoccurance for me in the same area...so far only in the lymph nodes.
