Hello everybody,
I glad my sisters are still "ON", well, probably all of you are looking at your bloodwork.... How are your cells doing after 1,2,3,...., 10 months?

Do you have low cell count, low RBC, low Hgb, low Lymphocytes, low Monocytes?
How long this will stay low?
How to improve blood picture?

Tx. Galina

After my treatment ended, I had thought my cell counts would all just pop back to normal.  Not so.  My oncologist says that it takes a lot of time for the body to recover.  I'm now about a year and a half out of treatment and still don't have a normal white blood cell count.

Same for me ...my WBC count hovers around 2.5. My doc says it may never be back up to normal...we'll just have to wait and see.

I a, also 10 months out. Sometimes have periods of up to few hour of extreme exhaution (assumed it's low cells?).

I just read to improve the cell cout (and immunity) one should eat ~ 50g of protein/day (to have protein to build cells). I am than back to eating meat and dairy.
Interestingly, my RBC are "normal", but my Hg is low, meaning probably, low on Fe.
I read, the cinnamon helps, as well as lots of spices....
