What does/did you do during chemo to stay active.  Tonight I felt good and after pigging out on easter goodies I did a Jillian workout to ease my guilt.  I need to find something with less impact for my "eh" days.  I use to do yoga workouts in my younger days, but haven't in a long while.

Walking is always uplifting if you can manage that. I did a few yoga stretches, too. Sometimes lying on the floor and doing a few leg lifts helped.
Remind yourself on those meh days-- This too shall pass.

I mostly just walk and do my physical therapy exercises (from the mastectomy).  It's really hard on the meh days.  Just do what you can and rest when you need to!
