 HI,
JUST CHECKING IN A HAD A MAMMO AND MRI LAST WEEK AND AS OF 11/4/08 I HAVE TO GO BACK IN FOR A 2 NODULE SHOWING IN LOWER LEFT BREAST. DOCTORS ARE LOOKING AT 2 NODS DEEP IN MY LEFT BREAST. ALL MY BLOODWORK IS LOOKING GREAT BUT THEY ARE CONCERNED WITH THE TWO SPOTS THAT SHOWED UP DURING MRI. I"LL HAVE ULTRASOUND GUIDED BIOPSY TO SEE IF IM IN THE TROUBLED ZONE. SOOO HERE WE GO AGAIN. hopefully its just dye left over so ill check with you all later wish me well im nervous but with gods guidance ill steer myself in the direction he takes me

Hopefully the nodes are disturbed due to some benign reason and you can continue your recovery in a relaxed state.
We'll certainly be anxious for your update.

Hi riverrat1, I too will be anxiously waiting to see what you find out. I bet it is just something benign or like you said the dye. I know this is a nervous time for you, you might consider a mild anxiety pill if you have one handy. Best wishes and fingers crossed! |

stage 3 IDC postive nodes Gr.3 tumor 2.5 auxillary 5 cm 6 rounds of TAC 6/08 lumpectomy with lymph node removal and clear margins 35 rounds of rads and 7 dose 9/9/08 finished |

Hi all,
just had my ultrasound and they cannot pinpoint the site so they are sending me into rochester ny to the ewbc at strong memorial hospital for a breast 2nd opinion. my surgeon wants a answer and so do i the mri rad doc. stated that he didnt want to needle me since he couldnt find the 2 nodes on ultrasosund and i agreed so now im getting an appointment with the breast clinic. Has anyone heard of the Elizabeth Wende Breast Clinic they are national known for breast cancer patients and up to date
equiptment and digital stuff. So now i have to wait for an appointment.
good news- maybe but im keeping my chin up

Hi Gayle,
No I have not heard anything about the breast clinic you are referring to but I'm so glad you are going to get a second opinion. The waiting is awful, I sure hope you get in soon.
