Tnbc lung met,Xeloda works?

First of all, thank you very much for reading this Post.
I’m indeed writing with hopelessness now. my mother is suffering from breast cancer since last year though she is brave and keeps trying hard for treatments all along.I really really hope that can find some useful information. Here are the detail information of my mother. Look forward to receiving your kind reply.
09/2013 found palpable mass over right breast
Initial with WLE + SLE done
Dx : Triple Negative Breast Cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma) in 09/2013
Chemo on Docetaxel + Cyclophosphamide
Noted synchronous sister nodules in 11/2013 , 1st PET CT found no distant nodules, with Right MRM done in UCH
Rt SCF LN bx TB tx with anti TB tx x9/12
Chemo done with Fluorouracil + Adriamycin/ Epirubicin + Cyclophosphamide
2nd PET CT in 05/2014 found multiple lung nodules up to 0/8cm, SUV up to 2.3
TB tx finished
RT x 1/12
Fu CT thorax + abdomen, plain+ contrast done in 07/2014
Found multiple lung nodules, at least two of the bigger nodules show serial increase in size, including the nodule in the right upper lobe anterior segment(now~1.4cm) and right upper lobe posterior segment(now~1.1 cm). Likely represent multiple lung metastases.


Now pending Broncoscopy x lung nodules bx on 04/08/2014 (need to figure out triple net nor not, met or primary ca lung or tb) And today the junior doctor told us may start Xeloda for the next chemo(still need to discuss with their head dr) We were supposing they will use carboplatin and gemzar for next round(seems very good effect as I know) Can any one tell should we give a try to xeloda?
