Hi Eeryone, 

My mother will start her chemo treatment soon and we are so confused by different plans.Her TNBC is Stage 2B (T2N1M0) with following details. 

-invasive ductal carcinoma grade II 
-tumor size: 2.6cm 
-1 out of 34 lymph nodes affected. 
-Ki-67 index: 20%

The following two plans of t chemotherapy were suggested:
1.      Private clinic doctor:
-Dose Dense AC X4 + P X 4  every 2 weeks 

2.       Public hospital doctor: 
Standard Chemotherapy (followed by radiotherapy)
-FEC x 3 + TT x 3 every 3 weeks
( We are from Hong Kong where Dose Dense treatment cannot be offered in public hospital for stage 2 patient )

We concern the benefits and side effects of DD treatment and in urgent need to know whether it would be a great difference if we do not opt for standard chemo. It is appreciated if anyone could share their expereicnes of using standard chemo to cure TNBC. Thank you very much!

Looks like you posted this 10 days ago so not sure you're still looking. I would assume you've gotten a treatment plan by now but let me tell you my experience.
 
I was diagnosed August 4th 2016.  I was also stage 2B but with 0 lymph nodes affected.  my tumor was 5.6 cm therefore we had to do chemo first surgery second.  My KI67 was 87%. My first chemo was 8/25 and my last was 1/19/17.  We went with DD AC x 4 (every other week) and DD taxol x 12 weekly.  I am now cancer free.  Other than a 2 week break for sickness I flew through the chemo's no problem. Sure the AC's kicked my butt a little but not terrible and I was able to work most of the time.  And again I'm cancer free.  I have a double mastectomy planned for March 8.
