I have seen the most common regimen for TN early stage BC is AC x 4 bi-weekly, and followed by Texol x 4 bi-weekly. But I have alsom noticed that some people posted here that they have the similar regiment AC + T, but intead of Texol x 4 bi-weekly, they have Texol x 12 weekly. I assum the dose for the 12 weekly should be 1/2 of the standard one. Does anyone know what's the difference between the two in terms of the effectness, and in what situaltion, doctor would recommend one over the other?  Thanks.
