Hi everyone,

I haven't been here for a while but my impending regular check up with my surgeon made me think of everyone.

I'm now nearly three and a half years since my diagnosis and feeling great. I'm practicing daily yoga and attending one class a week. I regularly meditate and my diet is much better than it's ever been.

I'm still writing my Wordpress blog from time to time and I know from the notifications I get that many of you have subscribed to it (thanks). For everyone else, I just wanted to stop by and let you know I'm alive and well.

I remember when I was first diagnosed how important it was to me to hear from women that were thriving. The statistics and the bad press can be overwhelming!

Please know that more people beat this illness every day. Love and gentle hugs to all of you from Australia.

Meg

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in replying.

I had four tumours in my left breast with no node intrusion, so stage one. My largest tumour was 1cm and they were doubling every three weeks with a mitotic rate of 20.
