I heard someone say over the weekend that 'Worry is a Bully' and I thought of how everyone here has probably been bullied by worry and so it's nice to think of it as a human form...one with hair sticking straight up, pimples, dirty teeth and rancid breath, a rolling waddle for a gait...and then remember all the good and strong things about yourself even when you face this bully.

We are warriors all here!

So very true.

I read somewhere that worrying was like rocking in a rocking chair. It takes a lot of energy and gets you nowhere.

My attitude of staying positive has helped me keep my sanity.

ROCK ON!
