Does anyone have experience transitioning from oxycodone to CBD Canabidoil for neuopathic pain management?

Iím a 2 year survivor of TNBC. I developed CIPN during treatment, affecting my hands and feet. Post treatment, and a year later, I developed trigger finger in both thumbs. I had a few steroid shots and it helped for a few months, but stopped as my surgeon suggested surgery. I currently take 5mg oxycodone every 6 hours (minimum dose) which really helps reduce the pain. My hope is to eventually wean off this.
