Diane,
Great news about the NED and zero circulating tumor cells! You and hubby need to celebrate and dance with NED for a long, long time. Concentrate on getting your body healthy and healed. I'm so happy for you.

Dear Diane,
I am so happy for you. I remember the pain and despair in your posts a few months ago when you had the recurrence. You have been through soooo much to get back to a NED stage. I know it has been difficult, but thank you for sharing your journey. You give others hope when things are looking pretty bleak. Please enjoy your family and work on getting physically healthy again.
God Bless,
Lillie

I am so sad right now. Please pray for Diane. Her husband, Craig, posted this on her Carepages. http://www.carepages.com/carepages/diva21Prayer Needed
Posted 2 hours ago
This will be short & not as good as dianes updates. We have
been here in the hospital since Wednesday under the hope &
thoughts that this was due to a low immune system & a sinus
infection. We are very upset to say the symptoms continued so they
did a MRI and it showed that this curse has showed back up in her
brain in short "mets" . We are waiting to do a another MRI of the
spine. The symptoms persist and they think it is due to it being in
her nervous system. They advised us not to travel in her shape.
Right now even going from the bed to the bathroom is a chore !
Diane agreed so for Now CTCA is not an option. We should met with a
doctor tomorrow after the MRI and get more of an idea of where it
has spread and what the options are. Hopefully we can get these
doctors to consult with CTCA. Again we ask for more prayers. I am
posting this due to they are keeping her on allot of meds for her
pain and she mostly sleeps.
Thanks Craig

Wow what a big turn of events!!! Sending good wishes...I have a friend who had brain mets and they resolved it with gamma knife?? procedure and it took the cancer away from her brain. I have heard that whole brain rads can cause memory loss so if they offer that one you might want to research it thoroughly before you choose that one. I think a good rad oncologist might be the best person to speak with if you can find one in your area. So sorry Diane is feeling so bad with the pain and meds. You are wonderful Craig to support and take care of her too. Sending healing wishes your way! MJ

I just read this and am speechless! I had prayed that a sinus infection was the problem. Praying she can get to CTCA as soon as she is able. Praying for Diane's comfort, strength, peace and continued faith as she fights the beast.
