I was finally approved for the metric study clinical trial and was randomized to the study drug, glembatumumab. I have had one treatment so far. Is there anyone else in this study that can share results or side effects. Thanks!

I have developed a rash all over a week after starting the drug. I know this may be common, but does it go away at all anytime between treatments? Some spots are itchy, others are not. I also had a fever for five days, which has now resolved.

Over the past three days I have Lost a lot of hair. Can anyone please let me know if they are on this drug and if it caused hair loss which required a wig.   I hope I will not lose anymore hair but it does not look that way.

It has been two months and my first scan showed a good response, however,my second scan showed progression and I'm off the trial. I'm not a candidate for pdl 1 inhibitors, so my next choice is eribulin, starting next week. My understanding is you have to try whether it's targeted drug or not, no way to know which will or won't work. ...very hard to deal with.
