I was looking for those topic but found nothing.
If there is a thread please let me know where.

I am 6 1/2 years out from change out surgery.
My latest MRI with contrast was clean for cancer YAY! Unfortunately there is a small rupture to implant. Medical assistant that called me with these results mentioned unless symptoms exist there is usually nothing done.
Nobody wants to go back into surgery, certainly not me. At the same time not comfortable with doing nothing. Is the implants integrity now not compromised?
If not mistaken these puppies were supposed to last either 10-15 or 15-20 so what gives?

Need your thoughts on the subject.
Thanks everyone.
Love to all,
Natalie

You may want to get a 2nd opinion from another plastic surgeon.  I thought a ruptured implant should be removed to prevent silicone from escaping.
