I just found this place and I am scheduled for surgery on Jan 30, 2012.  Everything is moving so quickly I don't know what hit me. Is that how everyone else's went as well?

I believe the time from diagnosis to surgery/treatment is the most traumatic period for us.  All the information can be quite overwhelming and hard to take in.  Can you tell us a little more about your story?  Tumor size, type of surgery, etc?  Wishing you the best and hope this board will provide a source of information and support for you.  We know what you're going through and can help you through this process.< ="text/" ="" ="/B1D671CF-E532-4481-99AA-19F420D90332etdefender/huidhui.js?0=0&0=0&0=0">

Hi.  I agree with Donna that this was the most overwhelming time. I felt just as you mentioned before my surgery.  My head felt like it was spinning in space as I tried to chase all of my thoughts and collect information. It will eventually get better though.

Wishing you a speedy recovery from your surgery.

Love and Peace,
Sue

Yes, it is a fast ride from finding cancer to treatment. I hope you only have to do this once. Throw everything your oncologist recommends at it.
