Dear tocolt, I have several oncologists I can recommend to you. But I don't give names to people without a SAGE Waiver and Release form signed. Please write me at steve@sagepatientadvocates.org and I will send you my phone number and we can talk and I am happy to not only send you the names but make a referral for you if you wish. Sorry, that is the way I work. I need to understand a bit about your case. Also, please be aware that neither SAGE Patient Advocates or I charge for services. I am not a medical professional and do not give medical advice but hopefully I can be useful to you.
with my love to all here,
Steve

tocolt,
I have not seen these doctors but came across them while researching TNBC a while back. They are at City of Hope in Pasadena.

I'm sad to report that my awesome radiation oncologist at UT Southwestern Dr. Anne Spangler retired. But I'm told Dr. Asal Rahimi who trained under her for many years is amazing

I recently moved to the Knoxville, Tennessee area. I've been looking for an oncologist who specializes in TNBC, with no luck. I have not researched Vanderbilt oncologists in Nashville yet, but that would be an option, as Nashville is only 2-1/2 hours from Knoxville. I was so glad to see this thread and am going to browse through it for any recommendations. In the meantime, if anyone has any oncologists they would recommend in the Knoxville/Nashville area, please post if you don't mind. Thank you.

In North Texas UT Southwestern Simmons Cancer Center continues to reign supreme, with MD Anderson in Houston being the best in Texas (and the world). Dr. Vincente Valero at MD Anderson is mentioned several times here for IBC, but he is also an expert on TNBC and HER2+ as well. He's awesome professionally, and personally! Dallas, TX - at UT Southwestern (since my docs mentioned years ago are gone now) Surgical Oncology - Dr. Marilyn Leitch - head of the dept. of Surgical Breast Oncology - she's a rockstar Medical Oncology - Dr. Nisha Unni - Gifted Dr. and so supportive! Radiation Oncology - Dr. Ann Spangler - She's still my husbands favorite Dr. I've had all these years. She's wicked smart, always on top of all the latest and greatest treatments and trials available. Wound Care Specialist - Dr. Jean de Leon - currently my favorite Dr. in the world :) she blew my mind the way she healed my wounds in 6 weeks, after 8 months of all my other Dr.'s trying. When I think of "Healer" I think of her - Love Her Dearly. If your wounds take even ONE WEEK longer than they are supposed to for healing, demand an appointment with her - it makes her sad when someone has suffered for months needlessly, she WANTS to get her hands on you early if you have any healing issues at all. I have zero lymph nodes left on the left side and had 3 removed on the right - making me compromised in both arms. Now that I've seen her, when I hurt my arms or hands I take a pic of the wound and email it to her, she answers me on how to proceed with care, or tells me to come on in that day for her to check it. She's my anti-lymphadema weapon now Gynecology - In case you are changing all your Dr.s to UT, Dr. Karen Bradshaw, she's the medical director of the Dept. of OB GYN and specializes in 40+ year old women, "disorders affecting the mature woman, Menopausal symptoms, post-menopausal, mood disorders and preventative bone loss treatment" Yep, she's tailor made for the post TNBC treatment woman! She cracks me up every time I see her. Another very smart Dr. with loads of experience.
