I was doing some online research about organic food and found the below paper, which I think makes a strong case for eating organically as much as possible.
Bottom line finding of this study: "organic crops, on average, have higher concentrations of antioxidants, lower concentrations of Cd [Cadmium, a "toxic metal"] and a lower incidence of pesticide residues than the non-organic comparators across regions and production seasons."
