Beth,

I'm so sorry about all the problems you've had lately.  I bet it was extremely scary with the breathing issues.  You sound much better now.  I hope the Keytruda is working.  When is your next scan?  Did you hear the good news about Pres. Carter?  He is also on Keytruda therapy.

May you have a blessed Christmas and holidays with your family.  Much love being sent your way,

Donna

Dear Beth,
I hear the word Keytruda spoken often where I work.  A lady with melanoma is getting it.  She is doing very well.  I pray that it will get you back to a stable state.  It sounds as though you have really had some battles recently with the fluid and coughing.  God Bless you as you go forward.  You are a real inspiration and I'm wishing you a Wonderful Holiday Season with your family and friends.

Love,
Lillie

Dearest Friends,

I ask that you lift our friend Beth up in prayers, support, love and encouragement.  She has fought so strongly, courageously and at the same time has helped so many of us.  Beth is declining quickly, but is comfortable and at peace surrounded by her daughters, parents and family.

Hi Donna,    Thank You so much for letting us know about Beth. This is so sad. Yes, Beth sure is a beautiful lady and as you say so courageous!!! She was so uplifting when she posted that one could barely discern the ordeal she was going through.

I will most certainly be keeping dear Beth and her family in my prayers.

Dear friends, our beautiful Beth passed peacefully this morning surrounded by family. She fought TNBC for 8 years courageously and with a spirit unmatched. She was one of the smartest people I've met.  She had the kindness heart always wanting to help others, no matter what she was going through.  This is a message posted by her mother:  Our dear Beth's soul slipped peacefully to heaven this morning at 5 am. She was brave and courageous for so long. We will miss her so much but are happy she is at peace.

Cry
So sad to hear of Beth's death.  She worked in an industry that I had hoped would yield the answer for a target drug against triple negative breast cancer.  She packed a lot of living into those 8 years.  So glad she was able to work and travel with her daughters.  She was always busy making 'good memories' for her family.  Vacations and just life in general.  Rest in Peace my dear TNBC Sister.
Love and God Bless,
Lillie

I've been away from the forum for a while, but I specifically logged in today to see how Beth was doing. I was very saddened to read that Beth passed away just a few days ago.

I admired Beth tremendously. She was a wealth of information, support and inspiration. Always upbeat no matter what her personal circumstances were. I was really hoping that one of these treatments would have been the magic bullet for her. Eight years is a long time to battle this disease, but Beth never let it get in the way of her living her life. Cancer didn't win. Beth did.

RIP Beth. Your contribution and support to all the women (and men) on this forum will never be forgotten.

May our dearest Beth rest in peace. I am so glad she lived her life on her terms and made so many memories with her family and spent so much time with her daughters. She quietly lived her life but she was inspiring to so many of us.
